All of the pieces at Leonids come with the lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Whenever your Leonids jewelry needs repair, we'll take care of it. We make sure every job is done with the utmost care.You can send us your jewelry if you think there is damage due to manufacturing. The customer will bare the return shipping fee, and Leonids offers complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. After the evaluation, any defects affirmed as manufacturing defects will be repaired for free or, if necessary, replaced.

Please note:

• This complimentary lifetime warranty service does not apply to international orders.
• Your Manufacturer's Warranty will be void if you have maintenance, repair, sizing, or any other service performed by someone other than Leonids.
• Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
• The foregoing Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from Leonids. 

Here is a list of some cases that would not be considered as manufacturing defects:

• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals such as bleach, body lotions or swimming pools.
• Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
• Bent, worn out or distorted prongs as a result of physical damage or daily wear.
• Loss of gemstones due to physical damage and/or daily wear over time.

By utilizing LeonidsJewelry's repair services through our online portal, customers agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Leonids reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary to reflect changes in our operations or regulatory requirements.

Insurance is a service that offers coverage for the total value of your insured product, protecting you against loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance.

Do I need to insure my jewelry/wedding ring/engagement ring?
Insuring your Leonids jewelry can give you the liberty of wearing your jewelry without worry, knowing it is protected by a legal arrangement. It is totally up to you and how you prefer to do it.

Insurance should be done by professional insurance groups. As Leonids, we neither provide insurance nor collaborate with an insurance group. We can only provide necessary documentation such as invoice and appraisal for your insurance purposes.
