Shipping policy
We prioritize environmental sustainability by producing most of our items on a made-to-order basis. This approach helps reduce material waste, prevents excess inventory, and ensures every piece is carefully crafted in its best condition for each individual customer.
Please note that the production cycle for our merchandise is generally around 7–9 business days; the estimated production time for any specific item can be found on its respective product page. We pour our heart and soul into every piece, paying meticulous attention to every detail; we are confident that this additional investment of time ensures a superior standard of quality and craftsmanship.
- Delivery time = production time + shipping time
- We mostly use USPS/Fedex/DHL as our partner for domestic shipping.
- We select different shipping carriers for international orders based on the specific circumstances of each country.
- We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- A tracking number will be updated after we send out the package.
Production Time
Please allow an additional 4 business days for Silver and Platinum pieces. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
General production time: 7-9 business days.
Expedited production time: 5-8 business days.
Shipping time
Domestic (United States): Delivery 3-5 business days after production finishes.
Other Regions: Delivery 7-10 business days after production finishes.
Note: Couriers may not deliver on weekends. International shipments can sometimes experience delays in customs clearance.

International Shipping Agreement
For all international orders, the purchaser agrees to assume responsibility for any applicable local taxes, handling fees, or import duties. Many countries levy Value Added Tax (VAT) on goods as they cross international borders. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the amount of taxes and duties that may be assessed. Please consult your local postal service for information regarding customs regulations and import laws.
What taxes and duties am I required to pay?
You are obligated to pay Value Added Tax (VAT—levied by your local government) and customs duties (fees incurred as the package clears customs). Please note: Taxes and duties may apply whenever your item enters your country (for example, when you send a ring for resizing, repair, or warranty service, and it is shipped back to you internationally). These charges are determined based on the value of the item itself, rather than the cost of the service provided. Given the various expenses involved in retrieving the item, you may prefer to have such services performed locally instead.
To whom should I pay the taxes and duties?
If you choose to pay the VAT and duties yourself, DHL or FedEx will typically act as your intermediary once your package arrives in your country. Prior to delivering the package, they will provide you with a "Power of Attorney" form to complete, thereby authorizing them to pay the taxes and duties on your behalf. Subsequently, you will settle the outstanding balance directly with DHL or FedEx via telephone or through their official website. Your package will remain held in customs until all taxes and duties have been fully settled. Please note: If your package is detained by customs, you may contact DHL or FedEx directly to initiate the payment process for the duties and taxes. Certain countries may mandate that you engage a private customs broker to assist with this process.
If you authorize us to pay on your behalf, we will prepay the VAT and duties to DHL or FedEx. However, the carrier may still request that you provide your order confirmation or proof of payment to verify the value of the merchandise. You are obligated to cooperate and provide any necessary documentation to assist in completing the customs clearance procedures.
