Shipping policy

From an environmental sustainability perspective, all of our pieces are made to order. This production approach allows us to minimize raw material waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure that each piece is crafted specifically for you, in optimal condition.

Please note that production typically takes approximately 15 business days, with rush production available for those who need their piece sooner. As each item is individually made with care and attention to detail, we believe the additional time ensures a higher level of quality and craftsmanship.

Delivery time = production time + shipping time

We mostly use Fedex/DHL/USPS as our partner for domestic shipping. For international orders, we select different shipping carriers based on the specific circumstances of each country. A tracking number will be sent to you once your package has shipped.

Production Time

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

  • Standard production: 15 business days
  • Rush production: available on request, ships 4–6 days sooner than standard

As each piece is individually crafted, please allow for the timeframes above before your order ships. If you're working toward a specific date, such as a proposal or anniversary, feel free to contact us and we'll help you plan around it.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic (United States): Delivery 3–5 business days after production finishes.
  • Other Regions: Delivery 5–10 business days after production finishes.

Note: Couriers may not deliver on weekends, and international shipments can sometimes experience delays during customs clearance.

Shipping Fee

  • Domestic (United States): Free shipping.
  • Other Regions: Free shipping is available in many selected countries; where it isn't, your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Note: If a shipping address is found to be inaccessible to our carriers, we will contact you before production begins.

About Customs Duties

Duty-Free Coverage: We cover customs duties for packages sent to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. No additional charges will apply on delivery for orders shipped to these countries.

Disclaimer on Customs Duties: For all other regions, any customs and import duties are charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer. If a customer refuses to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all associated return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order shipping, along with any relevant delivery instructions. For example, some shipments require a signature on delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely.
