Refund policy

At Leonids, we believe in crafting timeless jewelry that celebrates your most treasured moments—pieces designed to bring joy for a lifetime and beyond. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are pleased to offer free returns and exchanges for all orders within the United States for 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the returned items remain in their original condition and have not been worn. Simply contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, and we'll gladly assist you with the return process. In addition, please note that for orders shipped to international destinations, customers also have a 30-day return period, but they are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Return Policy

1. Do not remove the tags attached to the jewelry until you have confirmed your decision to keep the item. If you are merely trying on a ring to verify the size, there is no need to remove the tag; the tags are extremely delicate and will not affect the fit or comfort of the product.
2. Please do not return items to the address listed on the exterior packaging of the original shipment, as this is not our designated return receiving address. If items are mistakenly sent to that address, it may result in delays in processing your return or lead to other complications. To obtain the correct return address, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
3. We reserve the right to limit a customer's purchasing activity or impose restrictions on return requests if we have reason to suspect abuse of this policy (including, but not limited to, frequent returns, purchases made for the purpose of resale, or fraudulent activity).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, and we will do our utmost to accommodate and meet your needs. For our made-to-order products, we typically initiate production within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review your order details and shipping information before submitting your order. If you request to cancel an order after this 24-hour production window has elapsed, a fee of 15% will be charged to cover the material and processing costs already incurred.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized items (including engravings, bespoke designs, or any modifications based on customer requests) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Installment payment orders are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Items that have previously been exchanged.
  • Additional charges incurred due to shipping service upgrades or expedited orders are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. In the event that you need to return an item, we ask that you contact Leonids to obtain authorization before sending it back. This will help ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

2. Please note that any requests for returns or resizing must be made within 30 days of the original order's receipt.

3. Kindly note that all items need to be returned in their original condition, without any scratches or signs of wear, and should not be resized or altered in any manner. 

4. Please be advised that items without a jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. When returning, exchanging or resizing items, customers must use a shipping method that can be tracked. Any returns or resizing requests sent without a tracking method will not be processed.

6. when returning items, any free gifts received must be included in the return shipment. Failure to include the free gifts will result in the retail price of the gift being deducted from the refund
